With a title like this, I m not sure how I ended up with it in my Kindle Library Perhaps I bought it in a moment of insanity.At 28% of the way through, it is still reading like an infomercial It goes on and on with wonderful claims about itself I m continuing to read in the hope that I will eventually come across some meat.I ve finished the book To me it s an infomercial.

i like the ideas in the bookI like the ideas in the book but the wring is just too watery sometimes even feels like reading an overly lengthy advertising brochure for the website it could be true since authors need to make money right you have to dig the Gold nuggets out from this book by yourself while reading.

Tough call, probably deserves two and a half stars.Personally I am a skeptic, and I like hard evidence, not anecdotal stories.But I did learn the importance of digestion, and the author does make quite a few good, common sense points.The book is advertised as Tony have you laughing out loud while he reveals the secrets behind weight loss Not one laugh out loud moment Sorry Tony.

Good information and reinforced a lot of what I already knew It was worth the 2.99 for the Kindle edition There is a lot of information on testing yourself for different chemical imbalances in your body The author tries really hard to be funny and conversational sometimes it works, other times, I found it annoying The constant plugs for his website and product endorsements got annoying also, but if you skip those parts, there is some sensible information.

YikesNothing puts me off from reading a book faster than the first thing you see jumping off a a page is profanity and negativity Any self help book should be encouraging and I think the author could have gotten the point across in a better way I was very disappointed with this book and will be deleting it from my kindle.

Good information presented humorouslyI enjoyed the information The author explained digestion, chemicals, nutrients, minerals etc and the body s processes in a down to earth understandable way I am not overweight, sedentary nor is my diet in a nutritional danger zone The book title intrigued me so I read it I do see this book as a good resource exploring digestion issues.

One of the best health books I have ever read, it concentrates on the individual rather than a mass diet that is supposed to work for everyone Some of it I don t agree with, but I think with these types of books you take from it what works for you and forget the rest A great education.
